Today, as a Personal Travel Consultant with Hays Travel, I’m able to offer a truly personal service, combining my experience, knowledge and genuine passion for travel to create unforgettable holidays for my clients.
For me, planning a holiday isn’t simply about finding a flight and a hotel. It’s about understanding who you’re travelling with, what matters to you and the memories you want to bring home.

Can you arrange tailor-made holidays?
Absolutely. I can bring different elements of your trip together around you – from flights and accommodation to transfers, experiences and excursions – creating a holiday that suits the way you want to travel.
Can you help me choose where to go?
Of course. You don’t need to know exactly where you want to go. Tell me what you’re looking for and I’ll help you explore the possibilities.
Do you charge a fee?
No. I don’t charge a booking fee or a fee for my time and research. I’m paid commission by the travel supplier once your holiday is booked.
Can you work to my budget?
Yes. Tell me what you’d like to spend and what matters most to you, and I’ll look for options that offer the right balance of experience and value.
Can you arrange special occasions and weddings abroad?
Yes. I can arrange honeymoons, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, destination weddings and other special occasions, including the travel arrangements for you and your guests.

Do you arrange group bookings?
Yes. I can arrange group travel for all sorts of occasions, from family celebrations and girls’ getaways to golf trips and other special occasions.
Can you arrange special interest and sporting travel?
Yes. I can arrange travel around the things you love – from Wimbledon, Ascot and Grand Prix weekends to golf, theatre, music, food and wine, and other special interests.
Can you arrange rail holidays?
Yes. From scenic rail journeys and European adventures to longer multi-stop itineraries, I can help bring the different elements of your journey together.
Can you arrange cruises?
Yes. I can help you choose the right cruise, ship, itinerary and accommodation, as well as arrange any additional travel arrangements you may need.
Can you arrange travel insurance?
Yes. I’m authorised to sell travel insurance and can arrange cover from the moment you book your holiday, giving you added peace of mind from the start.
Can you arrange flights, transfers and other travel extras?
Yes. Where available, I can arrange flights, airport hotels and parking, transfers, car hire, excursions, experiences and other travel arrangements to help bring your trip together.
Can you arrange my passport or visa?
I can’t apply for passports or visas on your behalf, but I can point you in the right direction to check the entry requirements and documentation needed for your trip.
Will I deal with you personally?
Yes. I’m a Personal Travel Consultant, so when you book with me, you’ll deal directly with me.
Can I meet you in person?
Absolutely. If you’re local, I’d be very happy to meet and chat over a coffee. If you’re further afield, we can arrange a call or video chat – whatever works best for you.
Do I have to book straight away?
Not at all. I’m happy to have a conversation first, understand what you’re looking for and explore the options with you before you decide.
What happens once I’ve booked?
From the moment you book, I’ll be here if you need me – helping with the details, answering your questions and making sure you feel looked after right through to your return home. If you need assistance outside my normal working hours, Hays Travel also has a dedicated customer service team available to support you.
Is my holiday financially protected?
Yes, where applicable, your booking will benefit from ABTA and/or ATOL protection. I’ll explain what protection applies to your particular holiday, so you can book with confidence and peace of mind.
Can you arrange holiday vouchers?
Yes. I can arrange Hays Travel gift vouchers, which make a lovely gift for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or other special occasions.
